Client Setup: Bank Account and Branding
The Setup Checklist
The client's dashboard opens with a five-step checklist: connect the bank account, upload a logo, pick two brand colors, write a page headline, and share the link. Each open item has a button that takes them to the right place.
Connecting the Bank Account
- Settings, then Connect bank account. Stripe opens a short onboarding form under the neutral platform name. The business's name, email and page address are prefilled.
- Finish the form. Existing Stripe users can sign in instead of creating a new account.
- Back on the dashboard the badge changes to Connected and the public page goes live. If Stripe still needs details, the badge reads Setup incomplete with a Finish Stripe setup button.
Branding the Page
Settings lets the client upload a logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 3 MB), choose a brand color and a card accent color, set the amounts offered and a custom-amount range, write the headline and intro text, and set a support email that receives replies to gift card emails. A live preview shows the finished card as they type.
Your Branding Stays Out of It
The client's public page, balance page and gift card emails carry only the business's own name, logo and colors. Your storefront branding appears only inside the client dashboard, like every other manager page.
