What SEO Autopilot Does Every Month
Blog Posts
At the start of each month it plans that month's posts around the client's services, areas, tracked keywords and the season, never repeating a topic. Each post is written 3 days before its date: 900 to 1,300 words with headings, a list, FAQs, a stock photo with alt text, 2 to 4 links to the client's own pages and a call to action. In Blog Posts the client can edit any post, rewrite it, change the title, skip it, or publish it now.
Site Fixes
Every month it adds missing image alt text and writes page descriptions for pages that have none, up to the plan's limits. It adds the business's details as LocalBusiness schema and FAQ schema on posts. Broken links found on the site are listed in Site Fixes for the client to correct.
Rankings
The client adds the searches that bring them customers, one per line, or clicks Suggest keywords. Rankings are checked once a month on Google, and on Google Maps with Autopilot Pro, with the change since last month.
Website Health
The site is checked around the clock. If it fails two checks in a row the client gets an email, and another when it is back up. They are warned when the SSL certificate has 14 days or less left.
Monthly Report
At the end of each month the client gets one email with the posts published, fixes made, rankings and uptime, and every report is kept in the Reports section.
