AI Receptionist: Works With Your Other Apps

These connections switch on automatically when the same client owns both apps, and each one has an on/off switch in the app's Integrations button. See Every Integration for the full list.

Connections

  • Appointment Booking: the receptionist books straight into the Appointment Booking calendar, offering its services and real open times, in chat and on phone calls. Appointment Booking sends the confirmation and a reminder about 24 hours before. The receptionist's How Booking Works card shows a note while this is on. Booking needs the customer's email. Clients without Appointment Booking keep the receptionist's built-in booking.
  • CRM: every lead and booking becomes a contact, with the conversation on their timeline.
  • Reputation Management: about 2 hours after a booking ends, the customer gets a review request.
  • AI Visibility Autopilot: the questions customers ask are suggested as questions for AI Search to track, and every answer page AI Search publishes is added to the receptionist's knowledge.

Outside Tools

The receptionist's webhook (Alerts & Integrations) still sends leads, bookings, cancellations and handoffs to Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel and similar tools.
