Getting Started with Reputation Management
What is Reputation Management?
Reputation Management gives your clients a white-label platform to win more 5-star reviews and protect their public rating — a direct competitor to Vendasta, Birdeye, and Podium, running under your brand. It pulls reviews from Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot into one inbox, drafts AI replies, collects new reviews through a smart "review funnel," audits their business listings, and turns great reviews into website widgets and social images.
Logging in
- Direct your client to the reputation portal on your storefront domain at
your-storefront.com/reputation(for exampleshop.yourbrand.com/reputation) — fully white-labeled, no third-party branding anywhere. The link is included in the welcome email sent when you activate their account. - They sign in with the email and password from their welcome email.
Sidebar navigation
The sidebar groups everything into three sections plus Dashboard and Settings:

- Collect Reviews — send review requests, share the review link/QR, embed the collector
- AI Responder — configure AI reply behavior and templates
Presence
- Locations — add businesses, connect review sources, set branding and funnel routing
- Listings — multi-directory presence audit and Google listing completeness
Grow
- Review Widgets — embeddable website widgets
- Competitors — track and benchmark rival businesses
- Reports — client-ready reputation report (print/PDF)
- Insights — AI-mined themes from review text
- Social — turn a review into a shareable social image
Dashboard overview
The Dashboard opens with a setup checklist (add a location, connect Google, send the first review request, add a review widget, add the SEO widget) that disappears once complete. It shows the per-location review link and QR code, a 30-day funnel strip (Sent → Rated → Public reviews → Intercepted), Reputation Score, total reviews, needs-response and unread counts, rating distribution, sentiment split, and per-platform breakdown. A location selector at the top drives the whole page.
Reseller notes
The product is fully brandless to the end customer — it never mentions the platform or any underlying vendor. Each account supports up to 25 business locations. The headline feature to sell: the review funnel sends happy customers to public review sites and catches unhappy ones privately first.
