Getting Started with Cloud Storage
What is Cloud Storage?
Cloud Storage gives your clients a private, branded file storage platform — like Dropbox or Google Drive, but running under your reseller brand. They get drag-and-drop uploads, folder organization, sharing links, team collaboration, and trash recovery.
Logging in
- Direct your client to your storefront's storage portal — it runs on your own domain at
your-storefront.com/storage(for exampleshop.yourbrand.com/storage), fully white-labeled with no third-party domain. The exact link is included in the welcome email sent when you activate their account. - They enter their email and password
- Click Sign in
- The eye icon next to the password toggles show/hide
Security note: After 5 failed login attempts, the account locks for 15 minutes. This protects against brute-force attacks.
Sidebar navigation
Once logged in, the left sidebar groups everything into four sections:
Storage
- Dashboard — overview of storage usage, file stats, and quick actions
- My Files — upload, browse, and manage all files and folders
- Starred — files favorited for quick access
- Activity — log of every action (uploads, downloads, deletes, shares, etc.)
Collaboration
- Teams — create teams, invite members, share team files
Sharing
- Shared Links — manage all public share links in one place
Account
- Trash — deleted files (can be restored or permanently deleted)
- Settings — edit profile and change password
The user's email and a logout button sit at the bottom of the sidebar. On mobile, the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top-right opens the sidebar.
Dashboard overview
The Dashboard is the landing page after login. It shows:
- Stat cards — total files, folders, shared links, teams
- Storage bar — how much space is used out of the plan
- Quick action cards — jump to Upload Files, Create Folder, Share Files, or Manage Teams
- File type breakdown — number of documents, images, videos, etc.
Reseller notes
Cloud Storage is sold by capacity tier — 25 GB, 50 GB, 100 GB, 250 GB, 500 GB, and 1 TB. Plans are managed by you (the reseller) from the panel. Clients see their plan and current usage on the Dashboard and Settings pages, but cannot self-upgrade.
