Trash, Settings, and Storage Plans
The remaining sidebar items handle account-level operations: recovering deleted files, editing the profile, and viewing the plan.
Trash
Deleted files go to the Trash page instead of being permanently removed. From here:
- Restore — puts the file back where it was deleted from
- Delete Permanently — gone forever, cannot be undone
- Empty Trash button (top-right) — permanently deletes everything in trash at once
Storage warning: files in Trash still count against the storage quota. If a client is near their plan limit, they may need to empty trash to free up space.

Reseller checklist for new Cloud Storage clients
- Activate the right tier. Match the plan to actual usage — don't over-provision.
- Send the welcome email. Include the platform URL, login email, and temporary password.
- Recommend they enable 2FA if your storefront supports it (when available).
- Show them the Activity page on day one — it's an audit trail they'll appreciate later.
- Set a quota review reminder. Check usage monthly so you can suggest an upgrade before they hit the cap.
