Analytics, Templates, and Tips
Once campaigns are sending, the platform tracks every delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe. This page covers analytics, the email log, templates, settings, and deliverability tips.
Analytics
Click the 3-dot menu on a campaign and select View Analytics, or click any campaign row from the Dashboard. The analytics view shows:
- Total sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed
- Open rate and click rate
- Top clicked links with click counts
- Recipient status breakdown
- Paginated table of every recipient with individual engagement data
Email Log
The Email Log shows every individual email sent across all campaigns in one place. Each entry shows:
- Recipient email
- Which campaign it was from
- Delivery status (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, etc.)
- Open and click counts
- Timestamp
Search by recipient address and filter by status to investigate specific delivery issues.
Templates
Templates are reusable email designs that can be loaded into any campaign.
Pre-built templates
The platform includes 15 ready-to-use templates: Company Update, Monthly Roundup, Tips & Advice, Thank You, Quick Reminder, Announcement, Check In, Warm Welcome, Win-Back, Industry Newsletter, Founder Letter, Seasonal Greeting, Services Announcement, Webinar Invitation, and Account Notification. All use merge tags and can be sent immediately.
Creating a template
Click Blank Template to start from scratch, or Generate with AI to have the system design one.
AI template generator
Enter the company name, industry, upload a logo, choose a template type, tone, layout, colors, header and footer styles, button style, and any extra instructions. The AI generates professional HTML email code.
Template editor
Split view — code editor on the left (dark theme), live preview on the right. Changes update the preview as you type. Use the merge tag buttons above the editor to insert personalization tags at the cursor position. Toggle between Code + Preview and Code Only views. Click Preview for a full modal with Desktop and Mobile view toggle.
Settings
- Profile — edit first name, last name, company name (email is shown but cannot be changed)
- Security — change password (current + new, minimum 8 characters)
- Plan & Usage — current plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Business), emails sent this month, monthly limit, with a usage bar
Activity
The Activity page shows a chronological log of everything in the account: campaign sends, contact imports, list and template creation, domain verification, settings changes, logins, and more. Filter by activity type.
Deliverability tips
- Always verify the sending domain before sending. Unverified domains get filtered to spam.
- Use a real company email address — never
@gmail.com,@yahoo.com, or any free provider as the sender. - Always include
{{unsubscribe_url}}in every email. - Run the spam score checker before sending. Aim for 80+ across all categories.
- Start with small sends and build sender reputation over time. Don't blast 50,000 cold contacts on day one.
- Personalize subject lines. Using
{{first_name}}in the subject line measurably increases open rates. Example:{{first_name}}, here's your weekly update.
Automation tips
- Set up a welcome sequence for every new subscriber — first impression matters.
- Use the "campaign opened" and "campaign link clicked" triggers to follow up with engaged contacts. They're hot — strike while the iron is warm.
- Use the "contact unsubscribes" trigger to send a feedback request. You'll learn why people leave.
