Business Phone: Works With Your Other Apps

These connections switch on automatically when the same client owns both apps, and each one has an on/off switch in the app's Integrations button. See Every Integration for the full list.

Connections

  • CRM: callers become contacts, named by their number until the client adds a name. Every call goes on their timeline: "Phone call (2 min 5 sec)", "Missed call" or "Left a voicemail". The same number is matched however it's written, so callers aren't added twice. Missed calls shorter than 5 seconds and callers with hidden numbers are skipped.
