Cloud Storage: Works With Your Other Apps

These connections switch on automatically when the same client owns both apps, and each one has an on/off switch in the app's Integrations button. See Every Integration for the full list.

Connections

• Document Signer: every fully signed document is saved as a PDF in a Signed documents folder.
• Invoicing: a PDF of every paid invoice is saved in an Invoices folder.
• CRM: each contact gets a folder under Contacts. From the contact's Files button, the client can see the files, copy a share link or open the folder to add more.

Good to Know

• Saved files count toward the client's storage plan. If the plan is full, the file is not saved and Recent activity in Integrations says why.
• A file with the same name in the same folder is saved with a number added, so nothing is overwritten.
• Share links made from the CRM have no password or expiry. The client can change either one under Shared Links.
