Leads, Inbox, Booking and Integrations

Leads

When a visitor wants a quote, a callback or help the AI cannot give, it asks for their name and email or phone. Every new lead is emailed to the business (up to three addresses) and listed under Leads with a CSV export.

Inbox and Live Takeover

Every conversation is in the Inbox. When the business replies, the AI pauses for that chat and the visitor sees the reply in the chat window live; the business can also email the reply. One click hands the chat back to the AI. Chats where a visitor asked for a person are marked Needs you and trigger an email alert.

Booking (Chat + Booking plan)

  • Book in the chat: the AI checks real open times inside the business hours, offers a few, collects name and email, and books.
  • Send my booking link: for businesses that already use Calendly, Cal.com, Square and similar.
  • Collect requests: it takes details and a preferred time; the business confirms.

Busy times come from the business's private iCal link (Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple iCloud), so it never double-books. A bookings feed URL can be subscribed to in any calendar app, and every booking is emailed. Customers receive a confirmation with a calendar invite and a cancel link, plus a reminder 24 hours before. Emails to customers come from the business name, not your store.

With Appointment Booking: if the client also has Appointment Booking, the receptionist books straight into that calendar instead, using its services and open times, and Appointment Booking sends the confirmation and reminder. See Works With Your Other Apps.

Webhooks

Each lead, booking, cancellation and handoff request is sent as JSON to a webhook URL, signed with an HMAC secret, which plugs into Zapier (Catch Hook), Make (Custom webhook), GoHighLevel (Inbound Webhook) and anything that accepts webhooks.
