What is the Business Phone Number Service?
The Business Phone Number product gives your clients a dedicated local or toll-free phone number that forwards calls to their personal phone. They get a professional business presence without needing a second phone or hardware.
How It Works
- Choose a Number: Search by country and area code. Select a local or toll-free number from available options.
- Activate for Client: The number is provisioned instantly. Your client receives a welcome email with their number and setup instructions.
- Client Sets Up: From the Phone Manager page on your storefront, clients configure call forwarding, voicemail, business hours, and more.
- Calls Route Automatically: When someone calls the business number, it forwards to the clients phone. If they dont answer, voicemail picks up.

Pricing & Markup
Wholesale cost is $10/month per number. Set your retail price using your profit margin slider. Most resellers price at $25-$50/month.
Recommended billing cycles to offer:
- Monthly — best for new customers testing the service
- Annual — biggest discount for committed clients (saves them money, locks in revenue for you)
