The dashboard shows This Month's Plan: every check, answer page, refresh and report with its date and status, what needs the client, and what next month brings.

AI Check and Score

At the start of each month every tracked question is asked on ChatGPT and Google AI. The AI Visibility score is the share of answers that recommended businesses in which the client was named or used as a source. AI Answers shows each full answer, the businesses it named and the sites it used. Competitors shows who AI recommends most. Pro re-checks the top 20 questions every week.

Answer Pages

Each month new answer pages are written for the questions where AI does not recommend the client yet. Each one answers the question in its first sentences, uses researched facts with links to their sources, includes FAQs and is published to the client's WordPress site with FAQ schema, an updated date and links to their other answer pages. New pages are sent to Bing, the search engine behind ChatGPT.

Refreshed Pages

Older pages are researched again and rewritten with new facts, starting with pages for questions where AI still does not recommend the client. The client sees what changed in the dashboard, by email and in the report. If the client changes their phone, link or business name, every published page is updated right away.

Get Listed

A short list of steps based on the sites AI actually used to answer the client's questions: directories to join, list articles to ask to be added to, and the basics like Google Business Profile and Bing Places.

AI Visits and Crawler Access

The plugin counts each time ChatGPT, Perplexity or Claude opens the client's pages to answer someone, and each visitor AI sends to the site. It also makes sure the site's robots.txt does not block AI search assistants.

Monthly Report

At the end of each month the client gets one email with their score, answer pages published and refreshed, Get Listed progress, AI visits and the businesses AI recommends most. Every report is kept in the Reports section.
