Client Guide: Building, Sharing and Handling Submissions
First visit
The first visit asks for the business details (name, logo, color, phone, hours, services). The forms, instant replies and AI use these, so they should be right. They can be changed any time under Business Profile and are shared with the client's other apps.
Building a form
- Click New form.
- Describe the form in a sentence, for example "a quote request form for my plumbing company, ask how urgent it is", and click Build my form. Or pick a type to start from a template.
- Open any field to change its label, type, placeholder, help text, required and half width. Improve this form asks the AI to tidy the labels and suggest missing fields; Undo brings back the old version.
- Text & look: headline, intro text, button text, logo on or off. The brand color comes from Business Profile.
- After submit: thank-you message or a redirect, extra alert emails, a text for hot leads, and which other apps the submission goes to.
- AI: scoring and instant reply on or off, reply tone, and notes such as what makes a lead hot or cold.
- Click Save, then use the Share tab.
Sharing
- Link to put anywhere.
- Embed code to paste on any website page. It sizes itself to the content.
- Pop-up code adds a floating button that opens the form.
- QR code to print on receipts, flyers, counters or vehicles.
- With Link in Bio, Add to my bio page adds the form as a button.
Submissions
Every submission is emailed to the address in Setup (and any extra addresses on the form). Hot leads get a Hot lead subject and a text to the mobile on the client's Business Profile. Under After submit the client can also turn on a confirmation text to the person who filled in the form. In the dashboard each submission shows the score and reason, the AI summary, the answers, what happened (CRM, booking, estimate, review request, reply) and a reply box. Write it for me drafts a reply; Send from my business sends it from the business name. Submissions can be archived, marked spam or deleted, and Export CSV downloads everything with one column per field.
AI insights
On the dashboard, Analyze last 30 days tells the client what people ask for most, which form converts best, lead quality and one change to make. Pro clients get this by email every Monday.
