Review Inbox and AI Responder
The unified inbox
Review Inbox lists every synced review across platforms. Each card shows the author (with a platform logo badge), location, relative date, color-coded stars (red ≤2★, amber 3★, green ≥4★), the review text and photos, and any existing owner response.
Filters: Location, Platform, Rating, Sentiment, Reply status, and free-text search. Sort by newest, oldest, highest, or lowest rating. Replying marks a review read; Mark all read clears the sidebar badge, which also self-refreshes across tabs.
Replying to a review
- Open the review and click the AI draft button — a reply is drafted in the business's brand voice.
- Edit if needed, then Copy & open to post — the reply is copied and the review opens on the platform to paste and publish.
- Published replies show a "✓ You replied" confirmation with an Edit option.
AI Responder settings
- Mode — Off / Suggest (draft on demand) / Auto (auto-draft qualifying reviews as they sync; requires an explicit consent toggle)
- Minimum rating to auto-draft — so it never auto-replies to angry reviews
- Brand voice, signature, custom instructions
- Response templates — per-rating-range templates the AI adapts (e.g., a 1-2★ apology, a 5★ thank-you)
Alerts
In Settings, the owner sets an alert email and a negative-review threshold (Off / ≤2★ / ≤3★, default ≤2★). Negative reviews trigger a bell notification and digest email; private funnel feedback emails immediately.
Reseller notes
Reply posting today is AI-draft + copy-and-paste on all platforms. Google auto-posting switches on automatically once the platform's Google API approval lands ("coming soon" is the honest phrasing). Yelp has no reply API for anyone — always copy-and-paste. Trustpilot replies require the client's own paid Trustpilot plan.
