Using the Phone Manager (Client View)

Last updated Apr 25, 2026

What is the Phone Manager?

The Phone Manager is the dashboard your clients use to control their business phone number. It is white-labeled under your brand and lives at yourstore.com/phone-manager.

Dashboard

The main dashboard shows:

  • Phone Number — the active business number
  • Usage Stats — minutes used this billing period
  • Quick Dial Pad — make outbound calls instantly
  • Do Not Disturb Toggle — one-click to send all calls to voicemail

Call Forwarding

Set the personal phone number where business calls should ring. The Phone Manager has a live formatter that displays the number in international format as the client types. Changes take effect immediately.

Voicemail Setup

  • Enable/Disable Voicemail — toggle on or off
  • Custom Greeting — type a custom message; AI converts it to natural-sounding speech
  • Voice Selection — choose male or female voice (powered by ElevenLabs)
  • Voicemail Inbox — play, download, or delete recorded messages

Business Hours

Configure open/close times per day with timezone support. Outside business hours, calls go straight to voicemail (or wherever the client wants).

Call Log

Full history of every call including:

  • Caller phone number and name (if known)
  • Date & time
  • Duration
  • Type — received, missed, voicemail, or outbound

Make Outbound Calls

The dial pad lets clients make outbound calls. The system calls the clients phone first, then connects them to the recipient. The recipient sees the business number as caller ID — keeping the personal number private.

Blocked Numbers

Clients can block specific phone numbers. Blocked callers hear a disconnected tone when they dial.

Missed Call SMS

Configure an automated text message that goes to anyone who calls and does not get through (no voicemail left). Example: "Sorry I missed your call. Reply here or visit yoursite.com to book a meeting."
