Connecting Locations and Review Sources
Adding a location
- Click Locations in the sidebar, then Add Location.
- Find on Google (recommended) — your client types their business name, picks their listing, and the platform creates the location, connects Google, and pulls in their reviews in one click.
- Add manually — name, phone, website, address, and Google review link, for businesses not yet on Google.
Connecting review sources
Each location card shows three source slots — Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot — each marked Connected, Not connected, or Error.
- Click Connect on a slot.
- Search by business name — results are automatically localized to the location's city. Trustpilot searches by website domain instead.
- Pick the matching result and reviews begin syncing.
If a connected source ever breaks, the owner gets a bell alert so a paused feed is never silent.
Branding and funnel settings (per location)
- Click Edit on a location card.
- Upload the business logo and set a brand color — used on the public funnel page and in invite emails.
- Set the Google review link (where happy customers are sent).
- Choose the funnel star threshold — send customers to the public review page when they rate 5 only, 4+, or 3+.
Reseller notes
Yelp review sync requires the platform's Yelp data API subscription (already handled platform-side). Foursquare appears in Listings for presence detection only — it does not sync reviews. Facebook is not currently offered.
