AI Publishing and Scheduling

Last updated Apr 25, 2026

AI Publishing is the flagship feature — let the platform automate the entire content lifecycle from idea to publication. Clients set up a campaign once, the AI generates and schedules content according to their rules.

Creating an AI Publishing campaign

  1. Go to AI Publishing in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Campaign
  3. Name the campaign (internal-only — clients don't see this)
  4. Select the social channel(s) — pick one or many
  5. Input a Prompt List — topics or angles the AI should generate around. Example for a coffee shop: "morning coffee specials, barista tips, customer features, local Sunday brunch vibes"
  6. Configure the advanced options
  7. Set the schedule
  8. Save — the campaign is now active

Advanced options

Media & language

  • Include images — toggle on to auto-include matching images. The AI pulls from the integrated stock library.
  • Target language — defaults to English. Pick from 20+ supported languages for non-English audiences.

Tone of voice

Pick the personality the AI writes with:

  • Friendly — casual, warm, conversational. Default.
  • Polite — formal courtesy, customer-service tone
  • Formal — professional, no slang, B2B-appropriate
  • Witty — clever wordplay, lighter humor
  • Inspirational — motivational, upbeat
  • Authoritative — confident, expert positioning

Creativity level

How wild can the AI get?

  • Economic — safe, predictable, sticks close to the prompt
  • Standard — balanced; recommended default
  • Premium — creative, unexpected angles, more variety post-to-post

Hashtag automation

Set how many hashtags to auto-generate per post (typically 5–15). The AI picks them based on the post content and the platform's best-performing hashtag patterns.

Scheduling the campaign

Three scheduling modes:

  • Specific dates — pick exact dates and times for each post
  • Days of the week — "every Mon/Wed/Fri at 10am" — recurring forever
  • Smart frequency — "post X times per week," let the platform pick optimal times based on each platform's engagement data

Reviewing AI-generated posts before they publish

By default, AI campaigns auto-publish. To require approval first:

  1. Open the campaign
  2. Toggle Approval Required
  3. The AI now generates posts but holds them in a "Pending" state — clients review and approve (or edit, then approve) before they publish

Recommended for first-time users until they trust the AI's output.

Editing and pausing campaigns

  • Edit — change prompts, tone, schedule, or hashtag count at any time. New posts use the updated settings; already-scheduled posts keep their original settings.
  • Pause — stops new generation. Already-scheduled posts still publish unless you also delete them from the schedule.
  • Delete — removes the campaign entirely. Already-published posts stay on the social platforms (they're no longer "ours" once posted).

Best practices for AI campaigns

  • Be specific in prompts — "tips for new homeowners about HVAC maintenance" beats "home tips"
  • Mix the prompt list — 8–12 angles is the sweet spot; the AI rotates and avoids repetition
  • Match tone to audience — B2B should be Formal/Authoritative, lifestyle brands should be Friendly/Witty
  • Start with Approval Required for the first 10 posts, then turn it off once the output is consistent
  • Watch the Insights tab for which AI-generated posts performed best, then refine the prompts
