Reputation Management: Works With Your Other Apps

These connections switch on automatically when the same client owns both apps, and each one has an on/off switch in the app's Integrations button. See Every Integration for the full list.

Review Requests From Other Apps

  • Invoicing: when an invoice is paid.
  • Appointment Booking: about 2 hours after an appointment ends.
  • AI Receptionist: about 2 hours after a booking the receptionist made ends.
  • CRM: an Ask for Review button on contacts.

All of them follow the normal rules: the business must add its location first, the daily sending limit applies, nobody is asked twice within 14 days and unsubscribes are respected.

Star Rating on Answer Pages

With AI Visibility Autopilot, the business's star rating shows on its answer pages, for example "4.8 out of 5 stars from 37 customer reviews". It needs at least 3 reviews, and the Reputation location must have the same website as AI Search. It updates daily.
