How Clients Get Set Up

  1. The client buys VPN on your store (they choose a username) or you order it in the Marketplace.
  2. They get a welcome email in your brand with their VPN login.
  3. In their account on your store, VPN Manager shows their username, password, status and next billing date, plus download links for every device.

Selling Tips

  • Free 24-hour trial: in the Marketplace, click the info icon on VPN, open Send Trial, and enter the prospect's name, email and a username.
  • Your own VPN brand: a VPN Brand site gives it its own name and website, and the Branded VPN Apps add-on puts your brand on the apps themselves.
  • Who buys: travelers, remote workers, gamers, privacy-minded people and anyone on restricted networks.
  • What not to promise: there is no uptime guarantee or guaranteed access to specific streaming services.
