Getting Started with Managed SEO

Last updated Sep 6, 2026

What is Managed SEO?

Managed SEO is a done-for-you search campaign for a client's website. Our team audits the site, does the foundational on-page and technical work, then keeps going every month with fresh content, link building and reporting. The client follows progress and sends requests from an SEO Manager on your storefront; you see the same brief and status on the service card in your panel.

Wholesale pricing

ItemWholesale
Base SEO (required)$200 / month
Local SEO add-on+$50 / month

Billed monthly from your wallet (panel orders) or the client's card (storefront orders). Your storefront shows the client your retail price — wholesale plus your margin. One subscription covers one website; a client with several sites orders it once per site. Volume discounts do not apply to this product.

What's included

Month 1 — onboarding

  • Keyword and competitor research
  • Full site audit
  • On-page optimisation: titles, metas, headings, internal links
  • Technical setup: sitemap, robots, Search Console, speed basics

Every month after

  • Fresh optimised content — new pages or blog posts
  • High-authority backlink building
  • Rank and traffic monitoring
  • A monthly report posted to the client's SEO Manager

Local SEO add-on

  • Google Business Profile optimisation
  • Local citations and listing management
  • Map-pack targeting for the service area

How to sell it

  1. Action: Leave it enabled in Whitelabel Settings → Products so it appears on your storefront, or add it to a client from the Marketplace. Choose the Local SEO add-on for any business that serves a local area.
  2. Action: Point prospects at your storefront's Managed SEO page (your-storefront.com/monthly-seo).
  3. Action: After the order, make sure the client submits the SEO brief — nothing starts until it is in.
