Activating an SMM Order

Every SMM order goes through the same quick form. Total time from start to confirmation is under 30 seconds for someone who knows the flow.

The activation form

FieldWhat to enter
Platform CategoryInstagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.
ServiceSpecific service in that platform — e.g. "Instagram Followers" or "YouTube Watch Hours"
QuantityHow many followers/likes/views to deliver. Each service has a min and max.
Client EmailThe client's email address — used for order receipts and communication
UsernameThe client's social handle (without the @ symbol)
Profile URLDirect link to the client's profile on that platform
CostAuto-calculated based on service and quantity — your wholesale, deducted from wallet on activation

Step-by-step

  1. Open the SMM marketplace section of the panel
  2. Pick the Platform Category — the service list updates to show only services for that platform
  3. Pick the Service from the filtered list
  4. Enter Quantity — the cost auto-updates as you type
  5. Enter Client Email, Username, and Profile URL
  6. Review the total cost
  7. Click Activate Service
  8. Wholesale is deducted from your wallet immediately, the order is sent to the SMM provider, and you receive a confirmation

What clients see

Clients don't see the platform — they only see the result on their social profile (new followers, likes, etc.). If you want to send them a confirmation, do it through your own communication channel (email, WhatsApp, ticket).

Order status

Orders go through three states:

  • Pending — accepted by the provider, queued to start
  • In Progress — actively delivering (most orders complete within minutes to a few hours)
  • Completed — quantity delivered, order closed

If something goes wrong

  • Order won't accept the URL — usually a typo or a private profile. Confirm the URL is public and exactly matches the username.
  • Quantity below requested after a few days — guaranteed services auto-refill drops. Wait 7 days, then open a ticket if still short.
  • Wrong service ordered — open a ticket immediately. Once delivered, the order is final.
  • Profile gets flagged — extremely rare with this provider, but possible. We don't cover platform bans, but we'll work with you on legitimate disputes.
