Client Setup: Profile, Questions and Website

The Setup Checklist

The client's dashboard opens with a short checklist: add the business details, look over the questions, connect the WordPress site, choose how answer pages get published, and finish a first Get Listed step. Each open item has a button that takes them to the right place.

Business Profile

  1. Add the website, the Google listing, or both. Both are optional, but at least one is needed to auto-fill. For the Google Business Profile, paste a Google Maps link or type the business name and pick it from the suggestions.
  2. Click Auto-fill business details. The website gives the description, services, areas and call to action with its link; the Google listing gives the exact name, phone and address. If only the listing is given, its website is found and read too. No website or listing? Click Fill in myself.
  3. Check Your main offer. This is what buyers search for to find a business like theirs, in a few words, like emergency plumber or white-label reseller platform. Every tracked question is built around it.
  4. Click Save Changes. Nothing is saved until then. Saving writes the first questions and starts the first AI check right away.

Questions

The questions are written the way real buyers ask AI, mostly ones where AI names specific businesses, with the client's city for local businesses. In AI Answers the client can add their own question, delete any question, or click Rewrite all questions to get a fresh set. Questions they added themselves are kept.

Connecting WordPress

  1. Open Connect Website and download the plugin. It is made for that client's account.
  2. In WordPress go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, choose the file and click Install, then Activate.
  3. That is it. The plugin connects itself and keeps itself up to date. If the client already uses SEO Autopilot on that website, nothing else needs installing.

Websites Hosted With You

If the client's website is on your Web Hosting or AI Website Builder, Connect Website lists it under Your Websites With Us and connects it in one click.

Publishing

In Publishing the client chooses Wait for my approval or automatic publishing, the category for answer pages, and which emails they want. Without a connected website, answer pages wait in the dashboard with a Copy page button so they can be added by hand.
