What it is

AI Smart Forms gives a business client forms that do the follow-up for them. The client describes the form they need in a sentence and the AI builds it, or they start from a template: contact, lead capture, quote request, booking request, feedback, newsletter signup, survey or application. Every submission is scored hot, warm or cold with a reason, summarized in one line, and answered within a minute by a short personal email from the client's business.

Plans (wholesale)

• Starter $9/month: 3 forms, 300 submissions a month, all AI features.
• Pro $19/month: 50 forms, 3,000 submissions a month, weekly AI insights email.

Suggested retail is $29 and $59 a month. One per client. Over the monthly limit nothing is lost: forms keep working and alerts still go out; only the AI pauses until the next month.
