Appointment Booking: Works With Your Other Apps

These connections switch on automatically when the same client owns both apps, and each one has an on/off switch in the app's Integrations button. See Every Integration for the full list.

Connections

  • CRM: everyone who books becomes a contact, and each booking and cancellation goes on their timeline.
  • Reputation Management: about 2 hours after an appointment ends, the customer gets a review request.
  • Invoicing: each appointment in the Appointments list gets an Invoice button. It opens Invoicing filled in with the customer, service, date and price.
  • AI Receptionist: the receptionist books customers straight into this calendar, using these services and open times. Bookings show up here noted "Booked by the AI Receptionist" and get the normal confirmation and reminder emails.

Reminders

Customers get a reminder email about 24 hours before their appointment, with links to cancel or reschedule.
