Every Integration
Each connection switches on automatically when the client owns both apps. Your clients see your product names, so names here may differ if you renamed a product.
| App | Connects to | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Invoicing | CRM | Everyone they invoice becomes a CRM contact, and each invoice sent or paid goes on that contact's timeline. CRM contacts and deals get a Create Invoice button that opens Invoicing already filled in. |
| Invoicing | Reputation Management | When an invoice is paid, the customer gets a review request. Invoicing's own review email turns off, so customers only get one. |
| Appointment Booking | CRM | Everyone who books becomes a contact, and each booking and cancellation goes on their timeline. |
| Appointment Booking | Reputation Management | About 2 hours after an appointment ends, the customer gets a review request. |
| Appointment Booking | Invoicing | Each appointment gets an Invoice button that opens Invoicing filled in with the customer, service, date and price. |
| AI Receptionist | Appointment Booking | The receptionist books customers straight into the Appointment Booking calendar, using its services and open times. Appointment Booking sends the confirmation and a reminder about 24 hours before. |
| AI Receptionist | CRM | Every lead and booking becomes a contact, with the conversation on their timeline. |
| AI Receptionist | Reputation Management | About 2 hours after a booking made by the receptionist ends, the customer gets a review request. |
| AI Receptionist | AI Visibility Autopilot | The questions customers ask the receptionist are suggested as questions to track, right in AI Search's Add a Question card. |
| AI Visibility Autopilot | AI Receptionist | Every answer page AI Search publishes is added to the receptionist's knowledge, so it gives customers the same answers. |
| SEO Autopilot | AI Visibility Autopilot | For the same website, business details stay the same in both. Change the phone number or services in one and the other updates. |
| Reputation Management | AI Visibility Autopilot | The business's star rating shows on its answer pages, for example "4.8 out of 5 stars from 37 customer reviews". It needs at least 3 reviews and a Reputation location with the same website. |
| CRM | Reputation Management | Every contact with an email gets an Ask for Review button. |
| Document Signer | CRM | Everyone who signs a document becomes a contact, with the signed document on their timeline. |
| Business Phone | CRM | Callers become contacts, and every call, missed call and voicemail goes on their timeline. |
| AI Content Engine | Social Media Automation | Videos and images are scheduled through Social Media Automation to the accounts, days and times the client chooses under Posting, after their approval or automatically. |
| AI Content Engine | Reputation Management | Some posts feature the best 4 and 5 star reviews, with first name and last initial only. |
| AI Content Engine | SEO Autopilot | Some posts share new blog posts with a link to read more. |
| AI Content Engine | AI Visibility Autopilot | Some posts share new answer pages with a link to read more. |
| AI Content Engine | AI Receptionist | Questions customers ask the receptionist become post ideas. Personal details are never used. |
| AI Content Engine | Appointment Booking | Posts can send people to the booking page. |
| AI Content Engine | Digital Gift Cards | Gift cards are promoted around holidays. |
Review Requests
Review requests sent through integrations follow Reputation Management's normal rules. The business must add its location in Reputation Management first, the daily sending limit applies, nobody is asked twice within 14 days and unsubscribes are respected. If a request is skipped, Recent activity says why, for example "add your business in Reputation Management first".
Apps Without Integrations
VPN, eSIM, SMM, hosting, domains, Email Marketing, Cloud Storage, Website Builder and Link in Bio don't connect to other apps.
