Teams, Files, and Reseller Tips
The remaining features cover team collaboration, file management, branding (watermarks), grouping for fast cross-posting, and proxy support for advanced multi-account agencies.
Files
A centralized media manager for organizing images and videos in folders. Useful for clients managing many social accounts who want a clean asset library.
- Create folders by client, by campaign, by month — whatever organization works
- Drag-and-drop upload
- Right-click any asset to rename, move, delete, or insert into a post
- Search by file name across the entire library
Teams
Invite team members to share access to the same dashboard. The platform supports unlimited team members at no extra cost — there's no per-seat pricing.
Inviting a team member
- Go to Teams in the sidebar
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Pick a role:
- Admin — full access including connecting/disconnecting accounts
- Editor — create and schedule content but can't change account connections
- Viewer — read-only access for stakeholders or clients
- Send invite — they get an email with a signup link
Use cases
- Agencies with multiple staff — content writers, graphic designers, account managers all collaborate on the same dashboard
- Sub-contractor access — give a freelancer Editor access for a project, remove when complete
- Client review — give the end-client Viewer access so they can see what's scheduled (without giving them edit rights)
Watermark
Automatic watermark overlay on all uploaded image content. Protects brand identity, useful for visual brands.
- Upload a logo PNG (with transparent background) or set custom text
- Choose position (4 corners or center)
- Set opacity
- Toggle on/off per campaign or globally
Groups
Group multiple social accounts together for faster cross-posting. Useful for agencies managing many clients.
- Create a group like "Real Estate Clients" or "Beauty Brand"
- Add the relevant connected social accounts to it
- When publishing, select the group instead of individual accounts — the post goes to all members at once
- Edit groups any time without re-creating posts
Proxies
For advanced agencies managing many social accounts, proxies prevent platform-level account blocks that can occur when too many accounts post from the same IP.
- Bring your own proxies — the platform supports HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5
- Assign proxies to specific accounts or groups
- Health-check feature alerts you to dead proxies
Most resellers don't need proxies. Skip this feature unless your client is operating 10+ accounts on a single platform.
Reseller pricing strategy
- Don't compete on price. $15 wholesale is generous; $29–$59 retail is the sweet spot. Going lower gives away margin without driving meaningfully more signups.
- Push annual aggressively. 12 months upfront at $299–$499 is the best margin product on the platform. Discount only the annual rate (e.g. "save $100 with annual"), never the monthly.
- Bundle the AI angle — clients comparing against Buffer/Hootsuite are paying $15–$60/mo there plus $20–$40/mo for Jasper or ChatGPT. You replace both — lead with that.
- Up-sell managed services — "we set up your campaigns and run them for you" at $200/month tacked onto the platform fee. Margin is 80%+ on managed services.
Reseller positioning angles
- For agencies: "Manage all your clients' social from one branded dashboard"
- For e-commerce: "AI-generated product posts that drop sales conversions in your DMs"
- For local businesses: "Stay top-of-mind on social without hiring a social manager"
- For creators: "Schedule a month of content in 30 minutes, get back to creating"
