Topping Up Your Wallet
Your wallet is a prepaid balance. Every activation and renewal takes the wholesale cost from it.
How to Add Funds
- Click Add Funds in the sidebar.
- Pick an amount. The minimum is $10.
- Pay by card, PayPal or crypto. Card top-ups can use your saved card, and a new card is saved to your Payment Methods.
First Top-Up Bonus
Your first top-up of $20 or more gets a $10 bonus. A smaller first top-up gets no bonus.
Why Keep a Balance
- Your store takes orders only while your wallet has at least $20.
- Orders you place in the Marketplace need the full wholesale cost in the wallet at that moment.
- If a renewal can't be covered, the service gets a 3-day grace period and you're emailed to top up; after that it is suspended.
- A bigger balance earns volume discounts on every wholesale charge.
Wallet balance is non-refundable under the Terms of Service.
