Connecting Your Own Domain

Run your store on your own domain, like yourbrand.com or shop.yourbrand.com. Keep your registrar and nameservers exactly as they are; you only add one DNS record.

Steps

1. At your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and so on), add one record:
   • Root domain (yourbrand.com): an A record, host @, pointing to 162.0.234.146.
   • Subdomain (shop.yourbrand.com): a CNAME record, host shop, pointing to your store address, yourname.appserviceportal.com.
2. In your panel, go to Whitelabel Settings > Domain, enter the domain and save.
3. SSL is issued automatically once the DNS record is live.

Good to Know

• Never change your nameservers or transfer the domain.
• For 5 to 10 minutes after saving, your domain can show a sign-in page while the server sets it up. Wait and reload.
• DNS changes usually show within minutes, but can take longer at some providers.
