Auto Top-Up and Saved Cards
Saved Cards
Go to Profile and find Payment Methods. Add a card, set your default, or remove one. Your default card is used for Auto Top-Up, Brand sites and the Dedicated Team plan.
Auto Top-Up
Auto Top-Up refills your wallet with your default card whenever the balance falls below the level you choose, so renewals never fail and your store never goes offline.
- Go to Profile, then Auto Top-Up.
- Turn it on, set the balance that triggers a refill and how much to add each time (at least $25), and save.
If a refill is declined, update your card under Payment Methods. Until the wallet is funded, renewals that can't be covered get the 3-day grace period and are then suspended.
