Changing a Client's Plan

Move a client to a bigger or smaller plan without cancelling, for products with more than one plan, such as Web Hosting, Cloud Storage, Email Marketing and AI Receptionist.

1. In Services, click Change plan on the service.
2. Pick the new plan. You see your price for each plan and the exact amount before you confirm.
3. Confirm. The app is updated first; your wallet is only charged if that works.

• Upgrades charge the price difference for the rest of the current billing period, with your volume discount.
• Downgrades take effect right away, with no refund.
• Cloud Storage won't downgrade below the space the client is already using.
