Team Members
Give your staff their own login to your panel under Tools > Team. Invite them by email and pick a role:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full panel access, except billing/wallet and team management, which stay with you. |
| Manager | Manage clients and services, branding and settings, create coupons and sign in as clients. No billing, team, API or affiliates. |
| Operator | Day-to-day work: create and reply to support tickets, add basic client profiles and dismiss notifications. Can't change settings or delete anything. |
| Viewer | Read-only: dashboard, clients, services, transactions and tickets. |
