Manual Payments

Manual Payment lets clients pay you any other way: bank transfer, Wise, Cash App, Mobile Money, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayFast, Interac, crypto or a PayPal link. These are ready-made templates; there are no API keys.

Set It Up

1. Go to Whitelabel Settings > Payments > Manual Payment.
2. Pick a template or write your own instructions: your payment link or account details.
3. Use {cost} for the amount with the currency symbol, or {cost_raw} for the plain number inside a payment link.

How Orders Work

1. The client checks out and sees your instructions.
2. The order waits as pending.
3. Once you've received the money, approve it in Services. The wholesale cost is taken then and the service activates.

Renewals

At renewal, a manual-payment service is suspended and the client is emailed a Renewal Invoice with the amount and your renewal instructions. When they pay, reactivate it in Services.
