Selling the Private AI Box

What It Is

The Private AI Box is a plug-and-play AI appliance your clients run in their own office. It gives their whole team a private, ChatGPT-style assistant plus a company knowledge base, document generator, contacts, calendar, and team chat rooms — all running on their own hardware. Their data never touches the cloud, and there are no monthly AI fees. Two models are available: the Private AI Box ($4,900) and the AI Box Pro ($7,500, double the AI memory for bigger teams and the strongest AI engine).

How Selling Works — Fixed Pricing, Fixed Commission

Physical products work differently from your SaaS products. There is no margin slider: the retail price is fixed platform-wide at $4,900 / $7,500 — the same price as the brand's own site, so your store is never undercut and customers can't save money by going around you. Instead of margin, you earn a fixed commission per sale:

  • Private AI Box — sells for $4,900 → you earn $735
  • AI Box Pro — sells for $7,500 → you earn $1,125

We handle everything after the sale: payment processing, packing, insured shipping, delivery, and product support. You bring the customer; we do the rest.

Enabling It on Your Storefront

  1. Connect Stripe: your commission pays out directly to your connected Stripe account, so a connected Stripe is required. Connect it under Whitelabel Settings → Payment Settings.
  2. Toggle it on: in the Products tab, find the Physical Products section and switch on Private AI Box. (It's off by default — and the toggle will remind you if Stripe isn't connected yet.)
  3. Done: the product appears in a Hardware section on your storefront with its own sales page at yourstore.com/ai-box — hero, feature tour with real screenshots, live demo link, and the order form.

How Customers Buy

Customers order on the dedicated page (card payment, US shipping addresses only at launch, free shipping). Payment is processed by the platform — not your Stripe — with 3D Secure verification; your store's name appears on their card statement. Logged-in clients have the order attached to their account automatically; new buyers get a client account with login credentials so they can track their order.
