Product Knowledge: Answering Buyer Questions

Last updated Nov 8, 2026

Everything below is what your customers will ask before and after buying. It applies to the appliance they receive.

Setup — Genuinely Plug and Play

The box plugs into power and the office network with the included cable. The customer opens a browser on any device on the same network and goes to the address on the included setup card. A single first-run page asks for their company name, an optional custom web address (like theircompany on a friendly domain, so the team never types an IP), and the owner's name, email, and password. The AI engines arrive preloaded — nothing to download, working in minutes.

What the Team Gets

  • Chat — a ChatGPT-style assistant running entirely on the box
  • Knowledge — upload policies, contracts, and files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, CSV up to 25 MB each); the team gets instant answers with sources from their own documents
  • Rooms — group chats where a team works with the AI together
  • Create — one-click proposals, quotes, and follow-up emails in the company's voice, as polished PDFs
  • Contacts & Calendar — the office directory and a shared team calendar the AI can read

Team & Permissions — No Per-Seat Fees

The whole office can use it — unlimited users at no extra cost. The owner adds people by email (they get a temporary password), and controls access with roles: Administrator, Team member, plus ready-made Manager / Contributor / Basic user / Guest roles, or fully custom permission sets. Folders, chats, calendars, and rooms can each be restricted to specific roles.

AI Engines

Three engines are preloaded, switchable instantly in Settings: Swift (fast everyday answers), Balanced (stronger reasoning — right for most offices), and Maximum (deepest reasoning and the only engine that reads images, screenshots, and scans).

Works Offline — the Privacy Pitch

Chat, knowledge answers, and everyday work all run with no internet at all. Documents, chats, and files never leave the building — the only things that ever go online are optional add-ons (below), teammate invite emails, and a small license/update check. This is the core selling point for law firms, medical offices, accounting firms, and anyone handling data they can't send to a cloud AI.

Optional Add-Ons (Paid Monthly, Cancel Anytime)

  • Remote Access — $29/mo: use the office AI from home or the road over a private, end-to-end encrypted tunnel. No open ports, nothing public.
  • Web Access — $19/mo: lets the AI look things up online — only search terms leave the building, never documents.
  • Care Plan — $99/mo: keeps updates coming after the first year, plus priority support, remote fixes, and box-health monitoring.

Updates, Backups & Reliability

The first year of software and security updates is included — they install automatically in the background, never interrupting a live chat. The box backs itself up daily (14 backups kept, stored on the box itself). After power loss it restarts everything by itself. Without a Care Plan after year one, the box keeps working forever on the version it has.

Quick Answers to Common Objections

  • "Is there a subscription?" — No. One-time purchase; the box is theirs forever. Add-ons are optional.
  • "How many users can we have?" — Unlimited, no per-seat fees.
  • "What if it breaks?" — Setup support is included, daily automatic backups protect the data, and the Care Plan adds monitoring and remote fixes.
  • "Can we try it?" — Yes — there's a live demo linked on your sales page.
  • "Box vs Pro?" — The Pro has double the AI memory: bigger teams, heavier document loads, and the most comfortable fit for the Maximum engine.
